June 2008 Product Spotlight
PS Event Furniture
PS Event Furniture has introduced a new steel coating technology for "polyfold" indoor/outdoor folding chairs. This new coating technology changes the performance of this chair by completely preventing the formation of rust in all kinds of weather conditions. The coating technology now applied to PS Event Furniture's Model C600RG chair has been broadly and successfully applied in the automotive industry. Unlike most surface coatings, this new coating adheres to the interior and exterior of the chair's steel tubing frame.
Gold Medal Ribbon Element Fryers
Gold Medal Products presents its Ribbon Element Fryers, which use a ribbon element to cook as opposed to the traditional heat element. The ribbon fryers have the same footprint as the heat element fryers, but they have a deeper tank for more oil capacity and quicker recovery time while cooking. The rectangular shape enhances the flow of oil past the element surface which pulls heat away from the element surface. This results in less cooking and oil degradation. These new ribbon fryers have higher efficiency because there is no recovery time needed. They also come with a new emergency safety switch located on the front of the tank.
